Good try. The correct answer is 0 metres/miles/kilometres.


The reason for this is that the question asks how much further the car will be when they meet. No matter what speed each car is travelling at, when they meet they will always be the same distance away from both locations, which makes the difference 0. This puzzle is really tough for some as the wording puts people off considerably. The mind get's too involved in the numbers and the information, that in many cases it fails to comprehend the question at hand.
